Itachi will win midd or low diff if kyuubi is restricted itachi knows about body flicker technique and fought Shisui who had it aswell Minato is just a bit faster that won't be a problem Minato ain't going pass his susano plus Tsukuyomi is a bit too much even in sm Minato will lose but then again if a real fight happens no one knows people just make up their own scenarios but Im going with itachi on this one
