It wouldn't work because Hagoromo has the Uchiha's KKG and Mastery over Yin Release.

This! The original chakra that started the line came from him. Tsukuyomi won't work on Indra as well, or his immediate line.

/Thread

OT: There was a thread about this yesterday too lol. It won't work because he has the Uchiha KKG and is their ancestor meaning he has their blood as well. Hago also knows Yin Yang Release so Tsukuyomi is pointless.

Nope, the manga explained how genjutsu works, the Sharingan doesn't break genjutsu, the user releasing chakra does. Sasuke released his CS chakra and as a result broke Tsukuyomi despite not having the same eyes as Itachi.

Black Zetsu attributed it to his skill using the Sharingan and I'm sure there's a Databook Entry that says the same thing.

All it takes is for the victim to release stronger chakra than Itachi to break his control like how you need superior muscle strength to break free of someone control over your body.

That's fine except for the fact that one cannot perceive something that is instantaneous, so unless one has the Uchiha's KKG and Skilled usage of Yin Release, they cannot break through it.

Itachi never faced someone with his chakra strength hence why he assumed only Sasuke could break Tsukuyomi, because he predicted Sasuke having stronger chakra than him.

That's fanfiction.

Even the Databook contradicts your theory.

Honestly, I thought this was all common sense.
