Naruto used Rasenshuriken.

YM is a strong attack and was imperative in destroying the core alongside the Bijuudama and FRS.

That wouldn't work, Itachi's clone exploding is a water Jutsu that isn't high in destructive power when compared to Jutsus Itachi, Naruto and Bee all had to use to destroy the core; it took 3 S rank jutsus power to destroy 1 S rank jutsu that can be made even stronger had it been Nagato in control as he said he could have made the CT he used on Naruto stronger had he not want to kill Naruto.

Problem is...Just how much power does it take to destroy one of Nagato's chibaku tensei cores?

Yasaka Magatama has no on panel proof of Matching the Dc of a Rasenshuricken much less a Bijuu Dama

So the question is does Itachi have the destructive capacity to destroy the orb without Naruto and Bee....they used their strongest attacks, but this doesn't mean their attacks rivaled each-other

Bijuu dama>Rasenshuricken>Yasaka's magatama

again, does a few exploding clones+two more Magatama bring Itachi's Dc up to a Rasenshuricken+Bijuu dama?

ot: He would just spam Yasaka Magatama 2 more times, the attack takes a few moments to generate and he was far away from CT...clones aren't needed. He was an Edo and wouldn't feel stamina drawbacks so he could create them quickly. Or, he could just use Totsuka to slice the CT (considering Sasuke used his own Susano'o sword to cut CT) or seal it. However, this goes against the entire "I will no longer do everything on my own" theme that was the point of Edo Itachi. Everything he did as an Edo had to involve some teamwork. No matter how small or great it would be. We know that he could do things on his own.
