i no i ask alot of questions n im sorry ya'll i dnt no what the e ranked jutsu r for wind style but i havent learned any but to get a sensie yo need a approved bio so i just put basic e ranked jutsu

You can look them up in the jutsu list! I think you have E-D wind jutsu if you have trained fully for Genin

there is no e-ranked wind jutsu..it starts at D..all element does....and yes you need an approved bio to train
