itachi and sasuke vs jiriya and naruto

I like reading these threads because everyone who posts on here is so inconceivably biased in favor of their favorite character. Not only that, but has the nerve to call someone else a "fanboy" (a boy with a fan???) when in fact EVERYONE on here is a fan of some character or another, don't fake the funk. Anyway, I come to point out what everyone misses in their argument. It seems to me that each "fanboy" (this word gets tired really fast -__-), whether it be of the sages or the uchihas, always ignores the weaknesses of their character and highlights the others, so I will highlight them. The Uchihas: low chakra/stamina, Sasuke is now reckless and really has no tactical prowess, Itachi at full power is not really known, and dojutus techniques are very chakra consuming. Sages: Sage mode takes time, they have zero affinity for genjutsu, no real great defenses (although some), and among other things for both. My point, try not to be so biased!!! Oh, another thing, where does this battle take place? There are a lot of unclear things about it all, but whatever.

Yea this fight would be epic but in end sasuke and itachi would win, some you talk about naruto would own sasuke with the nine tail power if i not mistaken i thought the uchia clan could control the fox just saying and sage mode takes to long. PLus even the two toads said when naruto was training that j-man never fully in control, so naruto sage mode was stronger better than j-man so which give sasuke and itachi wins in the end. Also naruto speed is still not yet as good as his father.



another point i dont get why compare the fight with pain and j-man to itachi u guys rember when itachi kill his hole entire( i no with tobi help) but still some thing to thing about

itachi did that because he never planned on capturing naruto....and to keep kisame from effin stuff up like he always does...he basically just keeps kisame from killing ppl i think ppl just take to much from it...if jiraiya and itachi fought i dont see how he would win honestly...

Period. You can try to reason all you want about how it was a ploy, but Itachi never said it, Jiraiya never said it, it was never written anywhere, so ITS WRONG.

I suggest if you make guesses like this, you base it off of precedence not the boner you have for itachi.

i know i was going for naruto/jiraya but even so itachi never did want to kill naruto because if he did want to he would have done it the first time he met him at that hotel place when he attacked. and then they met again but itachi still didnt kill him INSTEAD he gave him some of his own power (a power of which I STILL DONT KNOW!!) im not saying that itachi cant beat jiraya or vice versa. just saying that itachi did say something like that. and even if itachis eye power is stronger than pains its still very different from pains ability. there could be someone out there in the ninja world who could own pain and fail against itachi but maybe someone who could own itachi and fail against pain.

Too bad the thread is dead. I actually think Itachi said what he said to hold off Kisame indeed not out of fear for JMan. Of course, that may be a part of it. My proof is: he went to the village that time to remind Danzo he was still very much around cos of the promises of the elders when he left the village to keep Sasuke safe. This was after the third died - hence, he did not go for battle and did not want to battle. Also remember his love for the village. He would not like to reduce the military power of the village (of course at a risk to his own life as well).
Hence, we can not judge based on his statements to Kisame about JMan.

Where do you hear that Itach was feeding Jirayia information? Because that would have contradicted the image he wanted to portray. He wanted to live and die as a villain, by helping Jirayia he would have thrown that into question.

It wasn´t that he wanted to live and die as a villian. That was simply the role he wanted to play. I´m pretty sure he was the spie because who else could the spie be? Besides it is also said that he joined Akatsuki mainly to keep an eye on the organization. Jiraiya was the one on the intel. I just put two and two together. I´ll be glad to hear your thougths on the subject. Also I love the god vs Batman thing. Makes me lol every time I read it. props for that. My intel isn´t that concrete so you may be right.U_U

Why does everyone take what a Manga character says literally. There are a ton of arguments to discount that, first Itachi didn't really want to capture Naruto and fight Jiraiya. Kisame asked why they were running because Itachi is a super boss? Did you guys forget that?

Something that alot of people on this site should understand is that unlike us (the readers) the manga characters do not know everything and also lie or are misinformed. Ten-Ten said Neji was unbeatable, does that mean he is? The answer is no for those of you who believed Ten-Ten. People say stuff all the time and what they say should rarely be taken as the entire truth and as law.

If you look at it, Jiraiya was the perfect opponent for Jiraiya because of the fact that he was amazing at genjutsu and Jiraiya wasn't good at it. Not only that but Itachi has the Yata mirror and the Totsuka sword with his Susanoo which together makes him invincible while he has Susanoo up. Plus Itachi is incredibly fast and a genius. Now Jiraiya is probably my third favorite character but there is no way he would beat Itachi. Absolutely no way.

Sasuke and Naruto on the other hand are a different story. Naruto most likely would end up beating Sasuke just because Sasuke has no counter for Naruto's speed and strength. Unlike the Raikage, Naruto doesn't have to use his actual fists to hit Sasuke, he could use his chakra arms or do some other jutsu, he isn't just a taijutsu fighter like A. And hopefully everyone would agree that Sasuke stands no chance in a taijutsu fight against Naruto either in sage mode or SO6P mode.

I beleive Itachi admitts that he can't beat Jiraiya. And as for Naruto and Sauske.... Imma just say that I don't think Sauske couldv'e beaten the PO6P. And I think that's why he got Itachi's eye atfer touching fist with Naruto. He felt the power that Naruto had(before he could control some of the Kyubi chakra)

I really can't say. I think if like it split into being Naruto vs Sasuke and Jiraiya and Itachi, Naruto and Itachi would win those (IMO), but if it was like, split differently idk. But I wouldn't split it up nessicarily because TEAMWORK is important. You all are saying stuff like "Jiraiya couldn't beat Itachi". What if Naruto and Jiraiya went at Itachi, somehow keeping Sasuke at bay? Not sure how it would work but it's a possibility.
