not really. it is true though, it doesn't matter what you have to do to get it in the end they were born with it. its like comparing rock lee to neji. they both use taijutsu but neji has ninjutsu,genjutsu(although he doesn't use it) and the byakugan which in the end was something he was born with.
my point is the person that had to work to get were there at(except for naruto) versus someone who was born with an ability will always be better. U_U

Both Itachi and Sasuke don't only rely on kekkei genkai. Of course they have to use their own 'pure skill', because not every Uchiha would be able to use Susano'o as Madara said. And if you are not skillful, you'll end being an Uchiha failure like Obito.
So, of course both Itachi and Sasuke have pure skills.

im a Jiraya and a Itachi fanboy so this is difficult for me, I think it all come down to how long Naruto and Jiraya can survive Susanoo. Itachi was ill and could not use it for a long period of time, Sauske is unstable and is a spammer like Naruto, so I believe that Jiraya and Narutos endurance would be the thing that would save them and win.

if they are fighting when they are at their strongest moment, Itachi and Sasuke win. 2 susano'o, 2 amaterasu, 2 sharingans, no way J-man and Naruto can win. Jirayia's sage mode takes too much time to cast and naruto can't beat Itachi and Sasuke at the same time.
Naruto and Jiraiya would win hands down! Itachi isnt the hard core guy that he made himself out to look like. But sasuke he is the kind of evil no one ever thought of being but still Naruto will always have the advantage due to the 9 tails.

sasuke would get jumped by j-man and naruto both in sage mode that would do the job cuz his susono is doesnt have the shield and im not even gonna say this is at current time because we haven't seen sasukes ems but yeah his susono doesnt have the shield and both susonos are hella slow so that would be point less yeah they have genjutusu but seeing on how it is teams j-man gots narutos back and will break it and with the speed they have in sage mode it would be the rushers vs shooters but still j-man and naruto on a team is unfair the rassegan is deadly and they have summons as well all they have to look out for is susono and amaterasu is weak its to slow and chidori is getting beat by rassengan period lol ima deff go with naruto and j-man it would be a scrap though and in the end it might have came to naruto vs. sasuke but we all know who wins that battle
also just to back up my opionon even more sasuke at the time of the kage summit was weaker than naruto(thats why he wanted they eyes so bad..) and it is stated in the anime
if you say it is at present time with the eyes you have no proof to back it up cuz you dont know what it can to
itachi sword is to slow all they need to do is wait it out really and idk correct me if im wrong can a tailed beast be put in an infinite genjutsu or would it just wake its host up?
idk but imo i think the nine tailed beast would beast through it seeing on how its not a sharringan tech and has nothing to do with his eyes
and seeing on how j- man was a potential kage and he has an wide array of jutsu he would put a fight with sasuke and itachi for sure so there is not bad match ups although imo j-man would rock sasuke just because of sage mode but to sum things up naruto beast sasuke at that point and time j-man puts up near death fight against itachi maybe even beating imo he will deff win and if sasuske gets merked it will be itachi vs sage mode naruto and in my opinion if he beat pain he is deff beating itachi
and it is never shown in the manga or anime that itachi used susono on tailed beast due to the amount of exhaustion it puts him through and it was easy for him to help kisame cuz if you have a big ass target to use amaterasu on it does work like when sasuke used it on bee so just letting the fan boys know this jutsu against these two are useless
also susono is beast used for when your out numbered or fighting something big like oro snake mode and if this isn't in a small area they have every right to run away from that lol and the only way they would trap them would surround them with black flames but that's if you get the chance to do so and also i want to add the fact that ppl say it takes j0man along time to charge up sage mode well one this is itachi so he wouldn't need to jump to sage mode right a way its just two man battle and some one is getting his back two he has summons that do work yeah itachi has his fire ball jutsu so does j-man and yeah if they use summons they can get sealed but why would itachi take the risk of using his trump card right of the bat like sasuke did and almost go blind? so yeah sasuke's and itachis jutsu are some what formidable but have major risk seeing on how this battle be dragged out its deff no one sided so imo j-man has all the time he needs to charge sage mode up seeing on how itachi doesn't have six bodies to chance him around who each all have unique powers and summons

and do you have any proof of the opposite? in truth naruto never defeated pain he just give up. and as i know itachi is not pain so...
if someone defeat somebody doesn't mean that the same people can defeat an another people. i hope you understand it.
