I say Naruto and Jirayia because in a teamwork fight they would fit better. I don't see sasuke being much of a team spirited fighter

Before: Itachi + Sasuke means Sasuke doesn't have MS even forget EMS. While Naruto still could learn Sage mode.. Nobody must die for learning it..
Anyways all could end up dead ending the battle in a draw.

Yeah those two powers are insane... But now that naruto can go into the tail beast mode hes able to keep up with raikges speed... And the raikage was capable of killing sasuke within a few blows with the cost of his arm. Naruto is super fast can hardly be seen now in that mode and with his insane ammount of chakra from the fox he doesnt have to get close to there bodies to land the dmg he can throw his rasen shurikens (tailed beast bombs) which i believe can deal serious dmg and break the susano if not more.

can be activate in a second AND in that second it's affected it's target. can be dodged IF you are aware of it and fast enough. puts the user under a big stress.
susano'o:
don't need much time to activate. an incomplete susano'o can defend you from a lot of attacks not to mention if it's completed. puts the user under a big stress too.
itachi's susano'o:
it's a completed close range fighter with that sword and shield. maybe it's the best defense we know yet.
sasuke's susano'o:
dunno if he completed it or not, but it's a middle and long range fighter thing. it can be fast enough to do really dangerous attacks. (as we saw already when he fought against danzo and against kakashi)
genjutsu:
itachi mastered it and sasuke using it well too. you can use it in an instant and all you need is eye contact.
sage mode:
gives you speed and strengh and you became immune to genjutsu.
jirayia's sage mode:
incomplete and too slow to activate. remember he needed to summon a toad warrior to defend him while he was activating it.
naruto's sage mode:
completed. can be activate in a second. let naruto use his ultimate offense ability. (throwing rasen shuriken)
fox cloak:
if i remember correctly naruto only using it when he lose his control and let the fox leading him.
so6p mode:
naruto can activate it freely, grants him incredible speed and strength.
summonings:
naruto and jirayia: summons toads.
sasuke: summons hawk.
itachi: dunno
itachi and sasuke: can summon weapons freely. (remember the part when they fought)
now these were the facts, lets see some other facts.

jirayia using sage mode when he hasn't any other options (trumph card too)
sasuke uses amaterasu AND susano'o with a combine attack and defense what makes him exhausted but at the same time he become very dangerous.
naruto dunno. we never seen how he uses his new mode. in his sage mode he is really strong.
now lets see the possible battle. if you face with someone you won't use your ultimate attack/defense right after the first minute and it goes for the same the jirayia/naruto and sasuke/itachi teams. REMEMBER it's just a fiction!!!!!!!!
they are standing on middle range. the fight started. naruto uses his sage mode and made shadow clones to do some rasengan spamming. ( xd ) jirayia following him (ha hasn't other option) and trying to backup naruto. uchiha team standing still, waiting for the moment. sasuke activates chidori charging at naruto, ithachi uses his strongest genjutsu on jirayia (and no he can't break it, remember, kakashi couldn't break it in the village). now naruto is alone, facing with sasuke's chidori. paw paw and BOOOOOM, making some taijutsu and weapon training and withdraw from fight. now naruto realizing jirayia's in a genjutsu and run toward to him to help. sasuke doesn't let it be, activating amaterasu. naruto can't dodge it his clothes get burned so he has to take off it. now he making tons of clones whose are charging at the uchihas while he frees jirayia. itachi start some sharpshooter training and fireball spamming with a little taijutsu, sasuke spamming amaterasu. at that moment jirayia exhausted because of the genjutsu, and sasuke too because of the amaterasu spamming. jirayia summons a toad to protect him and activate his sage mode, and naruto too. (2 toads, naruto, jirayia vs 2 uchiha) uchiha team doesn't let it double amaterasu (-2 toads, they can't dodge it). naruto goes so6p mode, flames everywhere jirayia is in great danger. sasuke activates susano'o and aiming at jirayia. naruto doesn't let it attacks sasuke but no way sasuke uses his amaterasu on susano'o, naruto can't hit him directly. sasuke shoots at jirayia, but he dodge it and almost caught in fire. now this is the best time for itachi to attack, some fireball training, little genjutsu and other stuffs. to protect his sensei naruto attacks itachi, but at the same time sasuke attacking jirayia with susano'o. flames everywhere no way he can dodge it anymore. itachi activates susano'o against naruto. another paw paw BOOM, but he doesn't see jirayia and itachi doesn't let him go. now sasuke uses genjutsu on jirayia and at the same time shooting at him with susano'o. jirayia dies. naruto is now alone and facing with 2 susano'o and flames everywhere... you can imagine the rest.
my vote is on uchihas but if naruto only using his sage mode with rasen shuriken, it can be a different fight. a more different fight with an another ending.

but remember it's IMPORTANT!!! we don't know enough about itachi and jirayia to decide who will win a fight.
jirayia only used rasengan, his hair, summoned a toad and a sage mode.
itachi only used his amaterasu, susano'o, genjutsu, and fire technics.
I'm sure they have much more technichs to decide the battle.
