The guy has 13 KM clones running around the battlefield, where each clone is able to make more clones and go into sage mode whilst spamming rasengan varients everywhere. Plus, the clones are durable as hell and they have been running about for like a day now. Ontop of that, he is faster than the Raikage (or around his speed), and can sense malice. Dodai even said a Naruto clone is more important than anyone else on the battlefield, and bare in mind there were Kage's on the battlefield at the time. Did people not see the battle between him and the 9 tails? and he hadn't taken all the chakra he could from the Kyuubi at that time. Forget the Naruto you saw against Nagato and Tobi, he was nowhere near full strength.
Anyway, Naruto's biggest problem is going to be genjutsu but he has clones to get around them... ill give it to Naruto.
