Itachi and Sasuke Amaterasu are totally different

I made a big thread about this long ago so don't feel like redoing it. However:

Looking at the feats of both users AND the times at which they were used.

Itachi Amaterasu:

High Intensity, Burns faster, and spreads rapidly

Sasuke Amaterasu:

Lower Intensity, Burns slower, and controllable


Analyze there feats and you will see

Itachi Amaterasu feats:

Burned Toad Stomach
Charred Chimera
Charred Nagato
Charred Sasuke's Clone

Sasuke Amaterasu feats:

Slow burned Danzo
Slow Burned Karin
Slow Burned Bee/Gyuki
Didn't burn Samurai armor
Didn't burn Madara


Anyways, I will probably find that old thread of mine but just wanted people to stop mixing feats

And this still doesn't negate the fact that Nagato already proved he can sense amaterasu prematurely, he still stops it with a pre-emptive strike with shinra tensei.

Kishi has not been inconsistent with naruto's as every time the speed has been used its lived up to the yellow flash hype

1) baffled kisame and stomped him, bee called him yellow flash
2) dodged raikage and bee and tsunade again called him yellow flash
3) deflected 5 tbbs and kakashi mistook him for his sensei
4) broke mokuton dragon and stopped susanoo and obito

his speed is just not used very often

No just spreads a lot faster, I don't think it can burn a lot more intensively than Sasuke's

We've seen itachi burn summonings off panel, and seen sasuke's within one page.

Sasuke's just takes sometime for some reason

I think that it has just been nerfed, or over the course of the series it's just not as impactful. Remember the first time we saw Naruto use Rasengan on Kabuto? Compare that to when he used Rasengan barrage on Animal Path...same affect with Amaterasu.

The difference is that sasuke has enton and this allowes him to control the flames how he likes. But this thing with the time of burning is a hoax. Like someone said, it's kishi's type of plot. It's the same burn intensity, but what would you have thought, kishi would've killed karin from those DEADLY black flames?

Itachi's amateratsu has more pushing effect to it I think . It sort of hits harder on impact .

possible example : Jiraiya's toad stomach. It sort of knocks its victims down while Sasuke's did the same thing to the Samurais nvm. xD

Actually Kishi has been inconsistent with Naruto's speed.You're four points prove that.Naruto has been compare to Minato numerous times because of his speed, but FTG is instant teleportation yet when Naruto tried to attack Madara with his Biju rasegan Madara block him like it was anything.I know the scope of the sharingan is great, but how can you block someone who's speed is compare to instant teleportation so easily?

Naruto didnt use his shushin against madara, he jumped and was in a free fall
