I mean, Naruto is an Uzumaki, carrying the will of fire and yet fall for one of Itachis usual illusion twice, the first time Itachi only had 30 percent of his Chakra. Will power is being overrated as doesn't have any feats. Tsukuyomi doesn't have limits in pain Itachi can cause to its victims, stabbing Kakashi, who had the Sharingan, with Katanas for three days is just a fraction of what he can do. Tsunade endured being bisect, she never completely freed herself from the trauma of Nawaki and Dan dying. In Tsukuyomi, Itachi can tear Tsunade in pieces for 3 day while her having full awareness, setting her on fire and showing her pictures of Nawaki and Dan dying. That's a psychical stress she will not be able to endure, that will be such a mental stress, caused within an instant, that will automatically kill her mentally. And it's a difference to heal someones wounds or herself, she don't know about Tsukuyomis potential, she just knows how to heal someone from mental stress one experienced, what doesn't automatically allow her to heal herself from mental stress she experienced. Causing such a mental trauma, she would fell immediately in coma like Kakashi did, if not die. The brain is the center coordinating everything. Once being damaged or destroyed, she will no longer be able to do anything.

I just ask you to be realistic, things like her willpower will let her survive days of the worst torture given to her in an instant, and even be able to fight or heal herself is absurd.

The Yata Mirror was equipped to Itachi's Susanoo, in its left hand and, is considered one of the three sacred treasures. It is said to be endowed with all nature transformations and as such changes its own characteristics depending on those of the attack it receives, making the attack entirely ineffective.

One doesn't speaks for the other, your translation would contradict itself, as still insisting on Yata Mirror being able to repel any attack. It may be endowed with all natural transformations, but that's only the way of it to counter elemental techniques, as the information of the databook itself speaks of Yatas Mirror changing every of its properties in accordance with the attacks properties, to render it ineffective.

The databook spoke of all kinds of attacks, Zetsu also spoke of all kinds of attacks and Yata Mirror proved to be able to render non elemental attacks ineffective, such as the attack of Yamata no Jutsu, Sasukes Kusanagi and the explosion of the paper bombs. It was proved both in the databook and Manga. Saying that it only counts for elemental attacks of the five basic elements, you would not only contradict the definition given by Kishimoto, but also the scenarios shown.

This forum has some seriously slow people; the Manga has already stated that Tsukuyomi (Itachi's in particular) can only be broken by an Uchiha—this was proved when Sasuke overcame Itachi's Tsukuyomi. Is Tsunade an Uchiha? No. Then she is not breaking Tsukuyomi. Furthermore, Itachi does not need Tsukuyomi to take care of the likes of Tsunade: mere clone feints, basic Genjutsu and Katons will handle her. Itachi was able to trap Naruto—a Jinchūriki—inside an illusion for a notably long time; if Naruto did not realize he was trapped inside this Genjutsu for so long, neither will Tsunade, and that creates an easy opening for Pain to finish Tsunade off via techniques like Banshō Ten'in.

In any case, Itachi & Pain together is a very dangerous combo—when you couple Itachi's visual prowess with Pain's explosive aptitude you create a nearly unbeatable team.

Itachi & Pain take this with medium to high difficulty. :b

The DB mentions nothing about elemental attacks; it clearly states that the Yata Mirror can alter it's own properties to render an attack ineffective. This includes Jinton whether you like it or not. Also, Itachi does not need to worry about Jinton too much—Pain can take care of that via Deva Path.

Both sceneario akatsuki low mid dif. Tsunade im guessing would be staying back and healing the other kage when needed .. she being the only one who could get passed preta path her and raikage i assume.
Easy as itachi gets in susunoo right from the start and buys time for Deva to charge For CT also the other five paths would be backing itachi up which means even IF the kages could beat that it would still take enough time for Deva to charge and the CT takes care of it

Itachi would have summoned and controlled the Kyuubi, since controlling the Kyuubi is canonically the ability of the MS. Kotoamatsukami would've controlled Oonoki with the command to be Itachis slave. Oonokis only purpose will be to be Itachis slave, sitting around and waiting to be summoned by him.
