IMO kurama since he has infinite chakra and bijuudama and massive physical power, he will definitely kill itachi fast before he can go to anything more than susano ribs. nagatos only shot is pinning kurama down with chibaku, but 8 tailed kurama broke out of his previous one

Madara was doing that exact same thing when Hashi hijacked his pet. Besides, its never been shown that Itachi knows how to control tailed beasts, not that it would surprise me. He seems to know pretty much everything sharingan related.
