I doubt such a genjutsu would work on Raikage, his chakra would probably break that. Also, Minato and him would be even than basically, so Raikage would have the upper hand. (try were rivals)

No he isn't immune to genjutsu. The Lightning Armor just make him speed blitzing faster than Sasuke Sharingan to keep up with.

Against two top-speedsters,I highly doubt Raikage could handle them both.​

Minato needed FTG to dodge a younger A. A now is most likely stronger and faster than he was before, and paralysis genjutsu only works with eye-contact which won't be possible considering the sharingan can't even keep up with his movements.

If sasuke's eyes could keep up with the raikage, raikage wouldn't have dodged amaterasu.
