Minato mid diffs Obito. Gai beats Itachi, but gets worn out in the process (7 gates drawback). Minato finishes Gai off.

Team 1 High Diff.

I did read the arguments in the thread but you didn't give me a reason to believe why opening Gates would blast away Amaterasu. It doesn't have anything to do with wind/fire affinities. If Amaterasu is already in physical contact with Gai's body then why would Gates blast away the flames? This would work if it was normal fire but Amaterasu can't be extinguished by stuff like air pressure...unlike normal fire it doesn't need an abundance of oxygen to burn. You might be right about the topic but you didn't present an argument in this particular thread, maybe you can convince me otherwise.

I did give reasons but it hasn't been countered...Temari significantly reduced it upon swinging her fan at it and it was very clear that the wind style reduced it. Amaterasu was significantly reduced so why isn't it possible? You'll see it in that scan I posted.

You overreacted because you let GL make you mad.

Yeah you're probably right...I'm just going to ignore him.

Yup that's most likely a drawing error. Doesn't make any sense for Temari's fuuton to reduce the flames when FRS did just the opposite and enhanced black flames by a lot. Not a very clear drawing or a large panel either. I'd rather not argue this because I know you're just going to disagree and I already think Amaterasu is a non factor in this battle.

I don't think it's possible for that to be an error when you look at the huge significant difference of the before and after. As for the FRS example,

Why did he have to adjust if you think of it? Because If he didn't, the wind would have been too much for the flames as FRS would have blasted it away. It's not that I'm disagreeing because it's a non factor, after seeing that Temari scan it should be strongly convincing that the force Gai creates from the Gates should be able to blast it.

The only way I believe Itachi would win is if he hits him with a Genjutsu in his Base...However, Gai's fighting style would prevent that.

People really think that team 2 would win?

It would be a one on one.
Either.
Itachi vs Obito
Minato vs Gai

Or

Itachi vs Gai
Minato vs Obito.

We all know how the second scenario would end up.

As for the first one, Gai cant beat Minato.

And Itachi beats Obito.
Itachi puts little Obito in Tsukoyomi world.

Gai can stomp either Minato or Itachi. Obito can stomp Itachi and it's a toss up against Minato (adult Obito >>>>> kid Obito). Obito and Gai definitely win this.
