Susanoo has Yata mirror. It blocks any attack. Plus, I doubt rasengan can break Susanoo

1)Genjutsu isn't a physical attack. So the seal is useless.
2)You can not break out of it unless your an Uchiha.

Obviously you don't know what instant means, Rasengan\FTG together is not instantaneous.
FTG alone is different.

Your first picture again shows that he needs a SEAL to teleport. Right panel, you clearly see the kunai with the seal on it he used to teleport. And like I told you before, he would need to have a seal somewhere inside Susanoo in order to teleport there. So if you can explain to me how he's going to get that seal there, I'll agree.

The fight begins.
Minato has sensory abilities, he knows how to pinpoint someone's location just by placing his finger on the ground.
He does this, finds Itachi, throws multiple kunai in the general direction of Itachi, without ever having to look at him.
Itachi activates Susanoo (if he can do it fast enough) and defends himself.
Minato now can use Susanoo's oversized butt to pinpoint Itachi without ever having to look at him.
Itachi deactivates Susanoo to take away the disadvantage of not being able to hit Minato with Tsukuyomi.
Minato clearly can see Susanoo deactivating so he knows where Itachi is without looking directly at him.
He moves in and throws his kunai.
FTG level 2, Itachi isn't fast enough to avoid that.

Do you really think Itachi would be stupid enough to fight this battle without Susanoo active?

Level 1
Teleportation to a stationary object in the form of either a kunai or marked seal

Level 2
Teleportation to a moving object that is either a travelling kunai or a marked opponent

However, there are two glaring issues:

Kunai can be blocked

(I know the picture shows shuriken but the point is still the same)
This is to:

1. Stop Minato from teleporting near you
2. Create a distance between you and Minato so as to severely limit his speed

Granted he won't throw the kunai

, but you can still thwart the path of the ones headed towards you. And stop them from landing behind you. This way you'd only need to be cautious of attacks originating in front of you

please, just stop with FTG = instant death
that isn't true, at least when it comes to jounin

Minato is overrated.

Yes but do you see the kunai hanging a few meters from where he ends up? That indicated he can teleport a good distance away from his kunai. There are more manga instances showing the same thing, if you want me to go find some more. He can simply throw a kunai in front of Susano'o, and then he has a few meters to teleport directly into his Susano'o. No tagging necessary
