When the fight escalates Tsunade will be taken out with Amaterasu quite easily. Possibly Jiraiya as well.
Or alternatively, Tsunade and/or Jiraiya can be taken out in the WD.
Summons can either be controlled via sharingan genjutsu, taken out with amaterasu, or dealt with by sharks. Thus giving Jiraiya no chance of entering SM.
Orochimaru can be taken out via genjutsu, totsuka if he so chooses to use 8 branches, or chakra absorption/drowning.

Like everyone says it is. It depend whether or not Jiraiya starts in SM and Oro has the summons. Itachi and Kisame have the upper hand in this one otherwise. Edo = win, no edo = lose.
