Sorry about that, everyone is at full health, Itachi has MS, Sasuke has MS and Kisame is fused.

If everyone is fully healthy and Sasuke has mangekyou and not ems then it's definitely Kisame and Itachi. Now I can't give an accurate measure of Sasuke with EMS so I'd shy away from saying anything for certain regarding ems. Zabuza can't beat Kisame or Itachi and mangekyou sharingan Sasuke couldn't beat both Kisame and Itachi.

sasuke will beat kisame or genjutsu with lightning jutsu (kirin = 1 hit ko) ,then zabuza and sasuke will team up against itachi .That the only way i see them wining.Sasuke will cancel itachi amersatu attack while zabuza will separate his heat and use elemental jutsu at him.Susano will be difficult to break down unless sasuke susano vs itachi susano

on this fight i would probably vote for kisame and itachi with very high difficulty

Yeah so while sasuke fights kisame itachi will be just standing there watching right? Itachi can kill them both very easily, kisame doesn't need to fight here.
