with Itachi sick, J man & Oro wins. Why? cos they have better summonings and J man in sage mode will kick ass. Itachi will be a problem but due to his sickness he will be exhausted. Kisame will also be a problem but i think Oro can deal with him.

itachi and kisame cause itachi's genjutsu is too much for oro thats why he couldnt take his body or sasuke and not sure about kisame absorbing sage chakra. also i doubt the j man could itachi's genjutsu either.

J man and Oro will still win. J man will even be a problem for them. Also, don't forget Oro's edo tensei technique. Though Itachi has that sealing sword alongside his susanoo, i don't think they stand a chance of winning but they will put up a good fight.
