Simple Itachi uses Genjutsu on Hidan and make him attack kakuzu. While Kisame takes care of Sasori..
It will be a tough battle though..

it's a real close battle but I think itachi and kisame can win. even though they are all immortal (in a way) kisame has the ability to turn the battlefield to his liking. and him and itachi can have a great teamwork unlike the others. so I'd say duo wins with extreme difficulty

Team Itachi Simply Because Hidan Has No Way Of Avoiding Genjutsu and I Don't Think They Could Do Anything Against Sameheda infused Kisame

Team Itachi relatively easily.

Hidan will be stupid enough to fall straight for a genjutsu, allowing Itachi to make him stall Kakazu whilst Kisame or even Kis+Ita murder Sasori. Then they return to help Hidan kill Kakazu then decapitate Hidan and leave him be.

Itachi Kisame win, I wish Sasori had fought anyone other than sakura, with all the abilities he had in his character design he could easily have been one of the stronger members of akatsuki but he got trolled in the plot really badly and now people look down on him like they do on Hidan LOL
