Maybe Itachi say to Kisame not to attack Jiraya, because they can have some kind of agreement ?

And if Jiraya give the Key-Scroll to Itachi, and then Itachi pass it to Naruto ?! If we think about it make sense, the Key-Scroll is to control totally the Kyuubi, and is a way to make Sasuke stop !

Ya, for a while now, it's been making more and more sense to me that Itachi and Jiraiya had some sort of agreement or correspondence.

And plus, the fact that they died at about the same time in the manga could show something.

I don't think so because the key-scroll doesn't control the Kyuubi, it controls the seal. The only to control the kyuubi without MS is will power(and/or chakra)

The key-scroll is to control the liberation of kyuubi chakra into naruto chakra, because naruto needs time to fully control the Kyuubi.. and the key-scroll job's is to prevent from kyuubi chakra ''eliminate'' naruto's chakra

See but the way you worded it was it totally controls the Kyuubi which it doesn't. The kyuubi is more controlled by Naruto than key-scroll because Naruto can allow the Kyuubi chakra to flow with his emotions.
