Normal Itachi genjutsu - he would surely be able to break it, but its not my point. Victims of Itachis genjutsu dont know that they are affected by it, until weird shit starts to happen. In other words, Minato might fighing Itachi that dont even exist and real Itachi can use this as opening.

The third raikage's finger stab would hit it like a normal finger, because it is immune to lightning, and without his raiton armor on, it would be just like him running and poking Susanoo. That isn't going to work, the exact same thing could be applied to how Onoki and A broke Madara's Susanoo, that would have never broken Itachi's.

Sasuke was able to dodge Bee in his tailed beast cloak form with however many tails.

Naruto SM was faster than Sasuke (when he saved Sakura from that poisoned kunai)

Naruto SM was faster than the 3rd raikage. (hell even Dodai, the rubber guy was able to dodge him. The 3rd raikage's raiton armor seems more attack based where as A's is all about speed)

Naruto's KM is much faster than his SM.

Itachi was keeping up with Naruto in KM when they fought (Bee was in normal mode, but still, he was unable to keep up with Itachi)

So Itachi is faster than Naruto's SM.

I guess I didn't need the Sasuke part but I like letting people know that Itachi is faster than Sasuke.

That was different. Madara was already standing on sand first off, and secondly Madara does not have the Yata mirror. Only Itachi does.

Well unless Gaara is carrying around Onoki in his back pocket than no he can't.

That was a one time thing that was pure luck.

It required two things in addition to Gaara's sand

1.Madara to already be standing on sand
2.Onoki there to lighten Gaara's sand

And what defense does the third raikage have against Itachi's genjutsu?

Absolutely none. Genjutsu to make him stop, Totsuka sword to seal him or Amaterasu to burn him. It goes through raiton armor, as seen with A.
