Your love/allegiance for a Char getting tarnished or hurt due to a pairing

So I am not talking about if the said character LOVED their significant other or anything but rather a said character that you were rooting for having his or her future tairnished via a said pairing.



FOR ME
It was Hyuga, Sasuke, Orochimaru, and Kabuto. Then eventually the other members of the 4 Noble Clans with the Uzumaki clan coming after the Hyuga now instead of the Uchiha, due to the fact that the Uchiha have NO future.

Hence the whole GENES MATTER slogan I push.


Sasuke my Man/My Homeboy/The COOLIO and second only to the Hyuga clan married Sakura and destroyed his lineage :nuts:

It hurts me to this day :NO:

Sasuke is suffering, the Uchiha Clan are rolling in their graves :T_T:



Adding the fact that apparently you can't still LOVE Sasuke without hating his kid or his "WIFE"

Sasuke should've married a Hyuuga and mesh the two clans together.

Kishimoto was tarnished due to being paired with Ikemoto.

Can't really read your post OP but the only ship I really always liked the notion of Chouji and Ino getting together to complete their character development. Ino grows out of being shallow and falls for the newly emboldened war hero (but still sensitive) Chouji.

He overcomes his insecurity and gets the beautiful girl, Ino gets heart of gold guy who actually cares about her. Badass.

Sasuke..... The guy had to settle for someone who didn't know ANYTHING about his most inner pain. I imagined that if he was to have a pairing we would have a movie just to make the ship believable. Seriously, Minato and Kushina had a better developed story in one episode than Sasusaku will ever have in one million years and panels.

They ragged Sasuke character for the sake of $$$$$$ and it makes me so angry!!!!!

Therefore stupid pairings just for the sake of it would harm the said character and their Clans future

Of course there is the character development aspect as well and the Ino X Choji post showcases a good developed pairing without the sacrifice of your Clans genes. Sai to her was still the "hot dude" love thing then anything else, all be it DNA wise she did mix two successful traits (if Sai's drawing tech is genetic)


All be it ChouChou didn't really lose anything compared to Choji, genes wise.

Yeah, I can see what you mean but it's still just a 'oh well' lost potential situation. Which is much more evident in potential 'what if' or 'why didn't they do this' in the events of the story.

Inojin's pretty slick though. Sai getting married at all is good development, their interactions throughout the Hiden novels is actually good. It just is kinda funny/weird that Ino styled Adult Sai to look like Sasuke.

Like I said, Gaiden was Kishi's way of retconning the entire fanserviced pairing.

Karin most likely gave Sarada to Sakura and left them alone for the sake of not tarnishing their friendship or something like that.

umbilical cord can contain the mother's DNA as well. Even if it does not, no one seems to be able to tell Sarada that Sakura is her biological mother.
Nor did Karin ever clarify to everyone that, only disclosed that info to Suigetsu.

She could be lying especially since that was directed to him and we both know the relationship they have with each other, or Suigetsu's relationship with everyone in Team Taka is anyways.

There's literally no point of the Gaiden's plot aside from Karin being her mother. You could say that it's for the sole purpose of unlocking her sharingan but that's stupid. We were introduced to Himawari's byakugan simply by having Boruto destroy her precious teddy. The fact that she unlocked it before we got to the conclusion states otherwise. Nor that it fits how it's been introduced to us which requires a loved one dying, etc.

true but what is weirder to me is that no one answered Sarada directly. I mean Sakura could've answered that herself. Whether it is a lie or not wouldn't matter because to us as an audience, we would see it only in Sarada's perspective. We won't know the backstory, only that Sakura says that she is her biological mother.
the fact that this goes on to the point where Sarada asks the entire village and no one seems to know so that they'd have to ask Sasuke directly was absurd. Sakura could've just ended it right there and then but nope we have to meet Sasuke and ask him who mother is.
Then they got to that point in which Sasuke doesn't answer that question and pretty much left it all alone and be brooding.
To the point where Naruto just says "hey, she is your mother, biological or not. she raised you and that's enough to make you plebby and start shouting 'shanaroo' right before you punch things" to simplify: "screw it, she's your mother now, just deal with it"
