Genjutsu them and then do the contract. Why do you think obito was incapable of summoning the kyuubi after minato put the contract seal on him? You can't just genjutsu something and can automatically summon it :|

You honestly don't underatand how it works, only the user can break the contract not the animal, Manda for example didnt want to work for Orchimaru and often refuses but can't break the contract only Orochimaru could

Madara nor Obito signed a contract with the kyuubi they had him under genjutsu and Obito probably used reverse summoning to summon Kurama back to Konoha

A summoning contract is a mutual understanding between two parties, in which the summoner sacrifices blood and chakra in order to summon the summonee for a small amount of time.

This contract in no way gives the user direct control over the summon. Examples of this are every ****ing summon in the entirety of the manga.

The Sharingan and Rinnegan however, give direct control over their summons, with simple eye contact being enough to last decades.

There is no contract for the Gedo Mazo
There is no contract for the Rinnegan Animals
There is no contract for the Kyuubi.

These summons are all treated as tools, and are summoned no differently than if they were Kunai from Sasuke's wrist guards.

The mazo & animal path summoning are part of the rinnegan's power, Bijuus don't naturally come with the rinnegan....

You've basically just soloed your own post, they got Kyuubi to agree to the contract via genjutsu and used him to help them via genjutsu too.

Place the kyuubi in a genjutsu, use reverse summoning to summon it back to Konoha, even after Minato breaks the genjutsu Obito could still had control where the kyuubi summons, but he doesn't since he didnt sign a contract he only had it under his genjutsu

Still doesn't prove you can summon bijuu with genjutsu, Minato had to place a seal on kyuubi to release him, fuinjutsu doesn't counter genjutsu, Obito obviously placed his own seal on Kyuubi so he could summon it.

When did Kyuubi get summoned by Obito after Minato released the seal? Also, even if this so called theory is true, then all the person needs to do is break the genjutsu and the user loses his connection to the bijuu.

Pleb, when minato released the seal, Obito couldn't control kyuubi anymore or summon him, therefore anyone can easily just break the bijuu out of the casters control and the caster once again loses the ability to summon. Sasuke released his genjutsu, which means he broke the genjutsu, which means he can't re-summon the bijuu.
