Unlike sasuke, Madara & Obito had a summoning contract with kurama. You do know how that works right?

Do you really think Kurama would willingly sign a contract with either Madara or Obito? Kurama was placed in genjutsu his action aint his, Sasuke could do the same with all the tailed beast

Summoning contracts in no way ever give the user direct control over their summon. Ever. If that were the case, there would be no reason to place it in a genjutsu in the first place.

Summoning contracts in no way ever give the user direct control over their summon. Ever. If that were the case, there would be no reason to place it in a genjutsu in the first place.

The genjutsu controls the beast, however the contract was removed from Kurama, therefore, Obito can't summon Kurama anymore.

This contract in no way gives the user direct control over the summon. Examples of this are every ****ing summon in the entirety of the manga.

The Sharingan and Rinnegan however, give direct control over their summons, with simple eye contact being enough to last decades.

There is no contract for the Gedo Mazo
There is no contract for the Rinnegan Animals
There is no contract for the Kyuubi.

These summons are all treated as tools, and are summoned no differently than if they were Kunai from Sasuke's wrist guards.

You've basically just soloed your own post, they got Kyuubi to agree to the contract via genjutsu and used him to help them via genjutsu too.

It's never stated or shown in Canon, BUT! BUUUT! The first time Madara made contact with Kurama he could have (COULD HAVE) forced Kurama to form a Summoning Contract (Madara's Gengutsu was quite powerful). How else will one make a Contract with an unwilling party?
