Do you really think Kurama would willingly sign a contract with either Madara or Obito? Kurama was placed in genjutsu his action aint his, Sasuke could do the same with all the tailed beast

Summoning contracts in no way ever give the user direct control over their summon. Ever. If that were the case, there would be no reason to place it in a genjutsu in the first place.

Pleb, Madara would have given the contract to Obito and let him sign it so that he could reign terror on Konoha with the fox.
Nothing has ever been said that Uchiha's can randomly summon the bijuu.

I'll ask again, what do you believe a contract to be?
They don't have to be in his genjutsu all the time, he can placed all 9 of them under his control in less then a second like before
If they had a contract then why would Obito and Madara place Kurama in a genjutsu? You don't control the animal you summoned, you used them but they have control of their own actions

Obito uses genjutsu on Kurama, Obito summons Kurama, women inheret the earth.
Madara teaches Obito Rinnegan techs, mentions nothing of Kurama.

Genjutsu them and then do the contract. Why do you think obito was incapable of summoning the kyuubi after minato put the contract seal on him? You can't just genjutsu something and can automatically summon it :|

Jesus. I didn't think I would have to explain this much.
A summoning contract is a mutual understanding between two parties, in which the summoner sacrifices blood and chakra in order to summon the summonee for a small amount of time.
This contract in no way gives the user direct control over the summon. Examples of this are every ****ing summon in the entirety of the manga.
The Sharingan and Rinnegan however, give direct control over their summons, with simple eye contact being enough to last decades.
There is no contract for the Gedo Mazo
There is no contract for the Rinnegan Animals
There is no contract for the Kyuubi.
These summons are all treated as tools, and are summoned no differently than if they were Kunai from Sasuke's wrist guards.
The Rinnegan says differently.

You've basically just soloed your own post, they got Kyuubi to agree to the contract via genjutsu and used him to help them via genjutsu too.
It's never stated or shown in Canon, BUT! BUUUT! The first time Madara made contact with Kurama he could have (COULD HAVE) forced Kurama to form a Summoning Contract (Madara's Gengutsu was quite powerful). How else will one make a Contract with an unwilling party?
