The Bijuu are a part of Sasuke's arsenal.

Having put them in genjutsu, Sasuke is now able to summon them at any time he pleases, since Bijuu have no contract.

Read it and weep, gay boys.

EDIT: Even more proof.

Summons with a contract can't tell who summoned them by the summoners chakra alone, yet Kurama could tell it was Madara that was doing it.

Here, again, you can see that when put in some type of genjutsu, Kurama is able to feel their chakra, unlike the scan above.

Veggies, Madara could summon Kurama after decades of Kurama being outside of genjutsu.

Madara and Kurama have a contract, and it was Obito who summoned Kurama.

Bijuu have no contract, veggies. Obito could summon because of Genjutsu, you all fail!

Was it stated that you can't create contracts with the bijuu? Nope, fail for the third time, pleb.

you just disproved your own thread then. if he can summon them and they are not in genjutsu then there must be a contract. so if sasuke does not have a contract they cannot be summoned. besides the whole basis for the summoning jutsu means there has to be some type of contract. there has to be some type of fuuinjutsu or seal to summon. you cannot just summon a biiju just because you have them in genjutsu

The Kyuubi clearly is not willingly working for Madara, so there's no reason to believe they have any sort of contract, as Madara is attempting to forcibly pull the Kyuubi to his location even while the Kyuubi is not under his genjutsu control.

Sasuke can basically put all the tailed beast in a genjutsu and used them for his own accord, last time he simply imprisoned them

Bait thread but i'll participate since i'm bored.
Unlike sasuke, Madara & Obito had a summoning contract with kurama. You do know how that works right?

Veggies, Obito summoned Kurama without any type of contract, proving the Uchiha are too cool to need one.

Nothing has ever said that Bijuu have a contract scroll. Hasn't even been a hint.

yes he put him in a genjutsu and then used a contract. the contract was removed by Minato so he cant summon it later.

That was simply to break his Genjutsu control.

Explain to me what you believe a Contract is.

Contracts don't control the summons, veggie.

Explain to me what you believe a Contract is.

When the user implements this fūinjutsu on a summoner, it removes any direct control the summoner has over a summoned creature. Close contact appears to be required for the implementation of the seal. Minato Namikaze used this technique to wrest a Sharingan-controlled Kurama from Tobi's control. Though the Contract Seal removes the summoner's ability to control its summon, it does not give the user of the fūinjutsu the ability to control the summon in turn. Doing this does seem to negate the time limit a summoned controlled creature.
