Umm, Idk if you've noticed, but Madara has been redesigning the entire terrain throughout the entire fight. So your comment is actually invalid..... Look at his eyes, they're rinnegan, he had been fighting with susanoo with EMS eyes.
As soon as he activates his rinnegan, his susanoo becomes a beast. And we all know up to now, that he didn't have rinnegan until after his fight with hashirama.

And that quote just means he hasn't taken them seriously at all, he has only been toying with them. However, he couldn't do that with hashirama, because he actually took him seriously. Therefore, he spared no jutsu in that fight and unleashed his big guns. It doesn't necessarily mean he used this perfect susanoo.

Susanoo is a sharingan jutsu, not a rinnegan jutsu. Madara was testing his other powers (rinnegan and wood) untill he decided to use his true power (EMS). He clearly said that he and hashirama could change maps and it was this susano that made him say that. U_U

It's like I said earlier, he doesn't give a crap about these guys, and onooki could just be referring to how beast Madara is being throughout this fight.
However, I will say this, this chapter raises a ton of questions.

Like, what exactly does a rinnegan (uchiha) do?
Did he have rinnegan when he fought hashi?
Is the rinnegan the source of the perfect susanoo, or is just what "stabilizes" the chakra?
And much more

The only way we will find out for sure about this perfect susanoo, is with Sasuke, and if he unlocked it with EMS.... Or if he needs rinnegan lol

The quote was said to Madara when he said to him this is the full strength of Madara Uchiha and then went on to say why did you take it so easy on us, then it went it into a flashback. Tsunade said herself did my grandfather defeat this, and then Madara said only Hashirama could beat him. Who would admit with a perfectly formed susanno that the only one person could beat him? Even in his current state he said that only Hashirama could beat him. So he had to have had it then. And lets not bring Sasuke into this as it is clear to see that he no where near to touching Madaras level.

As stated my Madara himself Only the bijju was comparable to this and obviously Hashirama was not a jinchuriki niether any Tailed beast was on Hashirama's side.

I think u go blind from time to time, madara also said only hashi is able to figh on equal terms with him (even with perfect susano). So u doubt madara's words?

Also have u seen hasi's full arsenal? We just know that he cld do mokuton, and some healing..... Rest is unknown to us...... and unknown does not mean non existant

Also madara died shortly after obtaining rinnegan so how cld he learn so much about rinne in so short a time? Over that Susano is a strictle sharingan tech and madara is said to have mastered all sharingan powers, doesn't that mean he perfected susano (with practise) b4 he got rinne?
