The Anime changes the story by A lot. Example, in one of point of the manga, Toriko obtain a new Power up, Look beastly ass all Hell, But But in the anime he turn in to some type of vampire. ( they also censored all the Holds and cuts he has)

But the most Shitty part of it is the how it get censored. Many time it get extremely gory, Limbs of characters being blown alway or being eating alive get cut off in the anime all the Time.

But the Manga story and drawing are in level that Kishi and Oda won't be able to reach. IMO toriko is the best manga I read, 2nd to Attack on Titan

It about 3 Overly power Organization trying to eat God, And obtain other food that are hack as all hell. Example One of the 7 God Food can bring the Dead back alive!!

So there going to be a war to see who wins and eat God, There a lot more then that, Like The Animals in Toriko and Villains but this is a lil Jeez form it

the anime skipped a lot of explanations it has censorship (like instead of blood there's sweat) and sometimes the characters are drawn bad (especially zebra)
so ill recommend you to start from the manga in chapter 1 or instead you can watch the toriko ova that's better than the 1st episode the anime and this is how it should have been did
