So, I just got myself into the rp and wanted to enjoy check out this rp. And I realized something: damn everyone is strong, so being the motivated idiot i am, I tried to get to their level. So I Battled, and Missioned to the best of my (high-school, 11t grade, SAT studying) abilities. Yet as I did this I found just how far ahead everyone is and like how much time would be required to reach them, yet that didn't stop me, why? Because I was having fun feeling like a part of this world, I joined a new clan that felt independent away from the already established giants in the world. Everything was fine and fun, and I couldn't wait for my classes to settle down so I could participate more. But like I all good things: they come to an end. All of a sudden some overpowered dudes remove my upstarting clan, and I cannot leave. It feels like this community I was growing to love fell apart. For once since the start of the RP I wasn't having fun, and frankly right now I don't feel motivated to continue if super giants like these exist manly to just flex their powers and end noobs.

I'm ranting cause, I think some kind of revamp would be ideal. Like a way to either stop the goddamn op dudes, from ending the weaker guys fun, or like make them all on equal standing. I really like the RP I just don't like how weak I am in a system as mean as this is. So if it isn't fixed I'll prob just go back to only battling people and making my story completely out of the NW or like, just pay the DoT RP. It's not as mean there, everyone seems more attainable (in strength).

**Note, I have negative bias atm because the clan I was in for so long was taken over, and because well: I'm one of the weaker players.

Why not accept the merger take what the (OP) group has to offer in the form of Kumi/colonial kumi/more advance missions, more people to RP with and build a story, gain all the abilities you want from this massive influx of kumi, then leave and start your own thing?

I get the being dominated by OP people feel when you are new but like any other game, the newer players will be at a heavy disadvantage especially in a game where the goal is to take over everything. While it may suck use it to build something out of it; get stronger, plot against, defect. What greater story than to be taken over then later become the group that rivals your oppressors?

You have no excuse, there are plenty of missions and other ways to earn Kumi to buy the same abilities all these "OP" people have. Stop complaining and grind out missions like the rest of us have. There's no short cuts.

Wait cut that ish out.

You sir or ma'am I don't want to punished by the lbtq you get the point, are not alone. I am a weak person. Best thing is to join a village and learn and do missions and bounties when they come out. Try getting some CJ and sell them also. That's how to get kumi and get strong abilities wise. The other part of being strong is knowing how to use the basic stuff. Join Tsumigakure is what I am trying to get out. We lit baaaaabbbbbbbbyyyyy

After a certain point, we have to cap out because you can only do so much to one bio. Also, all of us help build each other up over here if anything once we hit our goals we'll be giving you kumi to reach yours. Like I mentioned take what you can get, kumi, rp, exp, abilities, then try to do your own thing or stay with us up to you. Make this minor negative into a bigger positive.

Honestly, you can be at Vegeta or Pyro NB's level in about 2-5 months give or take with how easy it is to obtain kumi via the current systems. Currency System: Kumi & Purchase Lists For example, you just missed out on a huge chance to gain kumi via the event that just happened last month. There was an arc long time where missions paid an extra 10% for solo and 20% for group missions. It's just a matter of finding the people who will help you get kumi and not expect you to pay them to make you bios, or sign their contracts etc. Kumi is valuable to newer roleplayers so don't give it out if you want to get stronk.

That meant by doing an A-rank mission with a friend, which following the Storyboard Mission Criteria makes it hard to fail, you could get 1200 kumi. If you did an S-rank mission you could have gotten 1800 kumi. On top of that, there were various bounties that paid out 1200-3000 kumi with the C-rank ones being super easy. One of those bounties was specifically made for your clan, to exploit after talking to your leadership. I was assured you'd all do it, and each gain 2000 kumi from it, without the use of a mission which you could pair with it to get a maximum payout of 3800 kumi if you did it as a group.
Issued by: Farmers found on Crimson State Island ( 190 )
Special Classifications: A-rank, PvE/PvP, Mercenary work

Name(s):
Stirges/Mutant Mosquitoes

Orders: Eradicate the growing Stirge problem before they have a chance to spread across the world.

Wanted For: Draining livestock and humans of blood leading to death, and rot.

Bounty:
The farmers of the Crimson State Island are offering 2000 kumi to anyone who can stop the spread of the Stirges

Special Information: Crimson State Island lies a small distance away from the Emerald Island a remote land devoid of human inhabitants. Lately, the Emerald Island has seen a surge in exotic and unexpected life, brought on by the changes to the world via the Sea of Life. One example of such diversity is the Stirge, a newly discovered creature not quite a Beast of Tiamat but still influenced by the Sea of Life. This is mainly due to the fact that before the Sea of Life began mutating the world around it didn't exist. Crimson State Island has always had a minor mosquito problem, due to swampland and muck as well as its proximity to the Emerald Island an isle that is rife with moisture and dense rain forest, however, things have gotten out of control now that they aren't so pitiful anymore.

Stirges are roughly three to ten meters in length, width, and height and are able to fly at Sage Rank speed. They have a health pool of two hundred ( 200 ) and can drain blood from their victims to regain health via a special technique. They are able to use Wind Release, Water Release, Fire Release, and Ketsuryūgan techniques including the Ketsuryūgan itself up to Forbidden rank and usually swarm in groups of 2-5 making clearing them out a tedious and dangerous job. They are considered Wind Specialists being able to use (Fūton: Tatsumaki Heki) - Wind Release: Tornado Wall. Fights with the stirges must last at minimum four turns to be claimable.
( Chi no Ryūshutsu ) - Blood Drain
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A ( 60 healed and 60 dealt if used on an enemy )
Description: Using the Ketsuryūgan's abilities a stirge is able to manipulate their own blood flow healing themselves for a modest amount of health. They can also drain the blood of their enemies by piercing their proboscis through flesh and draining blood. In doing so they are able to heal themselves as well harm their enemy in unison.
Note: Can only be used by Stirges on the Crimson Island and only during Arc 11.

( Kurimuzonpinkashion ) - Crimson Pincushion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D - S
Range: Short
Chakra: 10 - 40
Damage: 20 - 80
Description: Using the Ketsuryūgan's abilities a stirge is able to excrete and manipulate their own blood creating various objects usually needles or sharp objects to attack or defend. They can make just about anything out of blood ranging on how much they use from small needles to large pointed tridents allowing them to defend against other ninjutsu as well as kill and consume their prey. If used by multiple stirges alongside each other the power increases by 20 and one rank.
Note: Can only be used by Stirges on the Crimson Island and only during Arc 11.
Since this bounty affects an entire landmark it can be done up to 4 times but cannot be repeated by the same shinobi.

When completed link @Howard for payment. He will also play the NPCs for you if you're uncomfortable.

Rendezvous: Crimson State Island ( 190 )
Do you think the above bounty spawned one LM away from you so it could go undone? I wrote it to be doable by any rank, and I placed it one landmark away from your spawning location so that you could make an easy 2000 kumi. If you had paired that with a mission you could easily get 3500 kumi and obtain something like Imperfect Sage Mode. This means you and each of your clan members had a chance to rake in anywhere from 2000-5000 kumi rather easily.

Two of them exploited this and made about 3000 kumi almost @MCUser and @DemonBoi performed a bounty each earning 1500 kumi. I even NPC'ed for them, then they paired that with a group mission to earn another 1200 kumi for 2700 kumi in total. If they had done more bounties or missions they could have easily gotten 5000 kumi last arc.

I want you to know, that I wasn't as strong as I am when the WSE started. Neither were any of the currently active participants. I started off on the heels of a rank reset. This meant I started at what used to be S-Jounin now the equivalent would be genin or chunin, two years ago. It took me about 6 months to a year to make 90k+ to get Fuuin, Yin Release, Yang Release, and Yin-Yang Release and become what you're calling "op'ed." I had to grind pretty hard during that time doing 20+ missions a month. I started the WSE with chunin level abilities and had to rerank up through S-Jounin to Jounin, to Sannin, to Kage. Just to have ranks shift again to their current iteration where I became a Jounin.

@MCUser and @Skorm are not weak by any means. No matter what they tell you or how they try to convince you that they're underdogs like you. MCuser/Rucken has an EMS level biography. Skorm has at least like a 3-kg Hiruko biography with 4 CE and Yin Release last I remembered. That is about the power level of most of the roleplayers you would call "op'ed" atm and they're a part of your clan directly. You could get to that level as I said in about 2-6 months if you worked for it, and did missions or bounties. You could have easily made 5k last arc by playing slowly or if you grinded hard you could have made 10-20k in my opinion. It's not a matter of access to abilities. Anyone can access them with the right effort and time. They are not hidden behind permissions like they used to be.

Now, what you're mad about right now is because I just attacked your clan leader to instigate a war to grow my village. That happens. It's part of the game and has been since the start, a lot of the focus was taken away from the other clans because the early game was "Destroy the Golden Sabbath." My clan via things like Ashikaga's Gambit and the bounties that were placed in the Bingo Book on my clanmates heads years ago. I want you to realize that the WSE started in April of 2018 my clan already had bounties the next arc in June of 2018. It's a difficult climb, but you're supposed to rise above and play and win. This continued even into Arc 10, where three of our landmarks were destroyed and we had to fight off an NPC that was much stronger than even what you'd consider "op'ed."

Takauji Ashikaga vs Tsumikage Sado Yasutora
and
Takauji Ashikaga vs Vegeta, Skarlet, Sado and Desmond

All of the rules have been there since the first day of the WSE. Before I was even a moderator. The WSE is based heavily around what the name implies, the Warring States Era of Feudal Japan mixed with various systems and strategies from Civilization V. The point of the WSE and of Civilization 5 was to unify the world and create a massive civilization. This is done by taking in as much land as you can through diplomacy, negotiation, and yes even war, subjugation and world domination.

This is why we have systems like Claims, Conflict, and Conquest

An example I like to point to for the real world Warring States Era is Oda Nobunaga.

This is the epitome of the Warring States Era mentality, and how I believe the game should be played.

He performed the just because a group of warrior monks were a threat to his power.

That's how the game has been played since it started. When you get to the level of a clan, or village things are shaky and war is imminent and hostilities will occur. Your objective is to take over the map. Expand your territory, gain colonies in Tobusekai and earn passive income via Colonial Income/Village Income. If you become a clan, you're going to have competition. If you remain a rogue you can have the freedom to move around and stay out of the limelight. However, the moment you start making waves as your clan finally did, you're going to draw the attention of other clans or villages and again that's how the game is played.

There are various systems in place you can cleverly exploit and use to get to the end goal of the WSE.

Ninja World Rules: 1st Year Anniversary Edition

Though the easiest way to gain power and strength is to ally with strong people who can help you to grow.

There are many ways they can help you do this. The primary way is by helping you perform missions or bounties to gain kumi or aiding you by trading you their kumi via CJ or Artifact trades so you can gain more abilities. I helped Vegeta and Pyro gain Yang release recently. This is a valid method of how to accrue the abilities you want and to get stronger. Keep in mind, those people you think are "op'ed" are basically done growing. They can't get any more abilities. They're pretty much at their maximum besides getting high tier things like Sage, Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang etc.

You will most certainly catch up! I promise you. It just depends on how hard you grind.

Edit:

Finally: Your clan isn't an "upstarting" clan.

It's a day older than mine! xD

Shit man, I love helping people out. Been doing it from day 1 back in 2013 lol. Trust me back then there were seriously broken bios and them people gave 0 f*ucks if I had like 2 elements I could use lol. We're always available for rank up spars, advice or even help with missions so you can earn kumi and buy stuff.

Constructive criticism is nice, but the way some of you are handling the situation is destructive. Red was simply stating their feelings. I've said piece. Not trying to start anything, just stating what isee
Destructive how?

I was trying to explain how to use the systems to gain kumi/abilities as well as linking to the various systems he can use.

Active people are always going to end up stronger than inactive people. In any system you make.

No matter if you reset them or not, unless you make a game that panders to new or inactive players and ignores active players.

This is true for any game, MMO, MOBA, FPS, online rp forum. Etc.

I point back to the fact that Skorm's clan is technically older than my village.

If you found your post to be constructive, then I am not talking about you. I'm also fairly sure that a single day older doesn't make a whole world of a difference unless they all spent 24hours grinding. I am not trying to state if anyone is right or wrong. Just responding to what I saw. Again, If you found your response helpful, and constructive, I am NOT talking about you.
Thank you for joining my TedTalk

I only just noticed the move howard made on y'all clan but on a side note:

I did message you about the RPing see if you wanted to partake, and y'all agreed. I was aiming for a story. Still am. Feel free dip out at any time.

You had that clone, which you said had left but agreed to stick around with. Only swung hard cause of your clone.

As for getting strong. The grind is a pain but it's what we all have done. As i see many have mentioned above. If you want any help with getting stronger, or some training in abilities or advice on abilities/customs, feel free to message me. I'll help you out.

Only posting the first bit because Rucken jumped to basically calling me a bully without realising i'd actually messaged you first.

Now final note: Your leader surrendered but i mean, come on. You can Rp it out that you never embrace this. Be the rebel you were born to be, bring down the tyrant that is Howard and co. O_<
