Suiton: Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds Technique)
Description: Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the users body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil atop a given area.

Every ninja can use a technique from every element. they just have to reain hard enough to unlock that element. But maybe we should do this later on. You need a lot of training to unlock that element.
Lets start off with

Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique
Description: Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent, the attack appears to be only the balls of flame. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles will still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

First gather chakra in your chest and then after forming all of the hand signs release the chakra in many small blasts.

Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu (Mist Waltz Technique)

Description: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.

Again you must gather chakra in ur chest then release it slowly as a flammible mist that surrounds ur opponent. Try this on these clones(makes to shadow clones)
