Isn't Orochimaru the 6th Kage?

Remember at the Kage summit there are five kages. Hokage, Tsuchikage, Mizukage, Raikage, Kazekage..

But Orochimaru has his own village called the Sound village. So it's a Soundkage.

Not all villages had a Kage--just the 5 major ones.
Village hidden in the Rain was in civil war before Nagato's intervention, the village with the arrow as their logo didn't, and the village that had (what looked like) a "grass" emblem didn't either.

Besides, the Sound Village was new at the time.

I don't think it works like that. You have to be a leader of a major village to probably be considered a real kage.
For example when USA,China, Russia,UK and japan meet up you dont see Mexico do you?
