Isn't Kirin > Rasenshuricken?

I mean that thing has the ability to destroy the whole uchiha hide out to rubles. Don't say rasenshuricken is stronger because of wind affinity because kirin is still on another level in terms of raw power.

Itachi is amazing to withstand such an attack near death. But seriously isn't it?

U will note that kirin cant be used under normal circumstances, it needs storm clouds and its use was more of a plot no jutsu, it hardly can be used in a middle of a battle.

Also rs didnt fail against 3rd's raiton armour, both nullified each other. Plus i doubt Rs's main effect ,ie, cutting of chakra veins wld work on a edo as they can just regenerate the veins that was cut.
