I mean that thing has the ability to destroy the whole uchiha hide out to rubles. Don't say rasenshuricken is stronger because of wind affinity because kirin is still on another level in terms of raw power.

Itachi is amazing to withstand such an attack near death. But seriously isn't it?

Kirin probably does more damage but it takes too much time to use it, while sasuke is making a kirin naruto could throw 5 rasen shurikens at him and itachi only survived because of susanoo

NO. Kirin's cells do heal but Rasenshurike severs the nerve of the cells to the extent no medical ninjutsu can heal it It completely destroys all cells and with sage mode it completely disenegrated the body. Even if it could be healed she would be turned into nothing

After Naruto learns to throw the Rasenshuriken, the damage is greatly increased; not only is it capable of cutting through rocky mountains, but when Pain's Human Path is struck by it, most of its body is disintegrated, leaving only the top of its head. Even though it can now be thrown, it can still be thrust into the opponent.

Though it is probably the most powerful lightning technique up to date because it uses natural lightning as opposed to chakra nature. Uchia hide was already being chipped away by their battle and Sasuke used a fire jutsu to open the roof. All that being said since wind has the advantage and rasenshuriekin is the combination of a power odama rasengan which appears to be in the middle and a high level nature transformation shape manupulation, toe to toe I'm going with Rasenshuriekin

Kirin take to much prep work. Whilst powerful it isn't practical and requires some major prep and battlefield conditions. On the other hand RS can easily kill someone and only needs KM or SM to be thrown, and bar that just needs two clones.

Actually, now that he has MS well rather EMS he could set the conditions during the battle being his opponet wouldn't know his ultimate goal or the type of jutsu he was planning on using and there probably only a few jutsu that might actually save a few people from that technique

There's little question that Kirin is more powerful than RS head to head; furthermore, if you manage to prepare it I'd say Kirin is more useful as well because of the speed and area of effect. On the other hand, if you actually hit someone with each, RS most likely would cause more damage.

Kirin is lightening itself. It's speed is to great and would Kill naruto in the blink of an eye.

It's impossible to say if it's better or not because these 2 jutsus would never meet because of speed or time prep.

However...

Let's just say they did, Wind Stye: True Rasenshuriken would win.

Why? Well it is an S-rank (and or beyond according to Kakashi) and it's superior to lightening.

THIS. Kirin has power but Rasenshuriken has power and effect. Like this person explained. Also like everyone else said Kirin has to much preparation. + Rep for the answer.
