i only said that edo madara is greater than the sages son's because edo madara is the combination of both clans.

well the younger son and elder son only have one unique trait from their parent each so hashirama might be equal to them sinc ehe seems to actually have the body of the sage and that is why he is considered a myth just like the sages son.

naruto could be equal to hashirama since his power is boosting drastically with the nine tails help so maybe he could be equal to hashirama.

it doesn't neccesarily mean that hashirama is better than him it just saying that hashirama chances of beating madara are greater than any other shinobi.

honestly i think they are equal, hashirama would possibly say the same thing to madara since they show a great deal of respect to each other.

it is true that madara fought the 1st hokage and was presumed defeated but he only wanted his power and soon before madara died he got the rinnegan so i don't think hashirama is really stronger than madara but equal since both have very powerful kg .
