Why don't they just give Naruto a manly voice, like they do for Sasuke? It's like they don't want Naruto to go through puberty o.o

The Shippuden animation is pretty cool, I prefer anime over manga but I'm forced to read manga since it's far ahead. (Don't get me wrong manga is still cool, but the chapters are just too short.)
