My father thought me a lot of important things, he was the most awesome father I could've hoped for. Sadly we could only spend 13 years with each other, but I'll always cherish him in my heart.

My mother has a new boyfriend for almost 5 years now and he is fine. Sometimes he is similar to how my dad used to be in certain situations, but I don't see him as a father-figure, more like a friend.

My dad died of cancer when I was 12.
Sorry to hear that.:(

My dad and I have different ideologies. We are like opposites and I care about him more than my life. And yes he is the most prominent figure in my life.=D

My father was around but he was always very strict and too egocentric to raise a child. I was more of a suubordinate in his eyes than a son, know what I mean? When I turned 18 he refused to help me so I moved out and never looked back.

I had a step dad too but he was really lazy and drank a lot.

I feel like I turned out ok in the end. You gain perspective from their mistakes and learn to depend on yourself at a young age.

as title says, is your father a prominent figure in your life?

stuff like this is pretty important in the long run of things I believe. I'm not saying being raised by a single mother make you a bad person, you just miss out on some "fatherly" things (unless ur mum remarried and ur step dad is an okay guy )
sophie turner has no boobs your avatar is fake.
