Is Vegito/Gogeta almost near Bills level??

Or to fight with bills a God mode is necessary??
Since in all of DB series only Vegito and Gogeta are the only characters who did not get hurt and are the strongest fused characters off all time.
And who is stronger??
Vegito vs Gogeta(No time limit)?
Vegito vs Gogeta(Time limit)?

I think Vegito is stronger and more strategic thinker because of vegeta's personality being the main driving force in this fusion.

I love how everyone is bringing up ssj4 gogeta and not super gogeta LOL, even though GT got retconned XD, Anyway gogeta fans are in denial, vegito is the stronger fusion of the two, even confirmed by multiple sources, there's no valid source that states gogeta is stronger than vegito (if they were in the same state) though only sources are fans that can't accept vegito being the stronger of the two. The power measurement that is held in the potata eerings is much stronger than in the fusion dance.

During Gogeta formation both of them need to bring their power level to same level then only they can perform the fusion but in potara rings it doesnt matter.
The logic is
if Goku=20, vegeta=15
Then for gogeta=> Goku needs to bring down his power level to 15 thus gogeta=15+15=30

While for vegito=> it doesnt matter so vegito= 20+15=35

and since 35>>>>30
Vegito>>>Gogeta.

Where was it ever stated that Vegito is stronger than Gogeta? Old Kai only stated that The Potara fusion was "better" not stronger because there's no time limit and the fusion can't be performed incorrectly.
