That's not a problem. The slug is hers and its taking her own chakra to do it's job it's just like a jutsu. So lets not complain.

she contributed for Konoha's victory during the wars,
saved Naruto, Lee, Kakashi and let Sasuke live..
saved the other Kages
saved the whole village..

Yeah, Tsunade is incredibly useful. She's a top notch medic with incredible feats in that area, her Creation Rebirth is awesome, and she like to throw some sake back. Tsunade is a boss.
