katsuya is part of her power, if she does not summon katsuya then katsuya wont save anyone and tsunade is using her own chakra to summon katsuya which seems to be the most chakra taxing summon since tsunade has a very large chakra pool and is one of the best at chakra efficiency yet she still can barely summon only a small portion of katsuya from Shitkotsu Forest
