In my opinion I think she wont die, but im really woried about konoha and about sasuke revenge

she just released the chakra reserve she had. some of that chkra makes her look young. thats why she became all wrinkly. she did release her chakra reserve before, when she regenerated part of her organ during fight with oro. so she will recuperate and look all young again. no problem.
To tell you the truth i am VERY dissapointed w/ Tsunade. I really expected her to do something awesome. Jiraiya had sage mode and Orochimaru at least had that creepy snake thing before he was taken over by sasgay.
Even a lame idea like slug mode would be better than nothing. She was also beaten up by kabuto when a little blood got on her.
I think they should do the thing where the previous hokage just retires like the 3rd did when Yamato became hokage.

it could be that she was tending to her because she was dying or it could be because she was the hokage... the hokage is the most important person in the village so she has every reason to tend to her first...

Human cells can only reproduce so many times. Continually reproducing new cells(with that jutsu), makes her age faster reducing her life span. Coupled with the fact she is already 50 years old just makes it so she has aged even more. Combine with the fact that she has like zero chakra left from healing everyone, that just makes her even more high and dry.
She is probably going to die of old age very soon in the manga, making room for naruto to become the next hokage.

Tsunade has that jutsu where she constantly reproduce's more cells to replace lost cells in injuries, making it so she can't be damaged at all, which she does when she release's the seal on her forhead. Did you see when she took blows from orochimarus sword when orochimaru was trying to kill naruto pre-timeskip. Orochamaru got like 10 direct hits cutting right through her flesh, but then she got up like she didn't suffer a scratch and started pounding orochimaru.
