Good point but it's unclear whether he reacted to it in that split second after getting teleported and before getting hit. Even so, assuming he did, there's really no way to react to it through convential means (e.g. dodging) for anyone, and no non-God tier shinobi is reacting to it at all.

I honestly think if something has too much mass & is too heavy, Sasuke wont be able to teleport it. Oonoki could possibly counter.
