Yeah.
I really like the new direction of transformations that they have taken in dragonball super.
Especially the manga.
Ultra instinct (if it can be called a transformation).Mastered ssjblue, being full energy control to maximize potential by not letting ki leak out.
The ssjred-blue swappage(fighting in ssjgod and swapping to blue for a short moment).
Its not just powerups and different looks.
Old yellow ssj is basically a grow in malicious intent, power, speed and inefficiency.
With SSJ3 being ultra inefficient.
Although the manga can learn from the anime, as it arrives later.
So a comparison might not really be fair, still I think the manga feels more polished.
Also the powerlvls and powerups and the whole different alteration in general seems to have more stable explanations for what happens.
Agreed. I like how they did that. That's how the anime should have went also but nah they had to go and give Goku a totally new thing and give Vegeta nothing.
UI was dumb to me too in the anime. I feel it came too soon. And what makes it worse is Goku used it 2x now in this short time while God's couldn't/can't even learn/use it like that or as easily.
