I think that Kishi might make Kabuto escape and he will be the remaining villain after this arc. Kabuto doesn't care about global domination at all, he is just a sadistic person who wants to be super powerful.

While it is a valid theory, this in no way proves that. All he was saying is that it didn't matter who he was, all that mattered were his goals.
