Is Tobi Madara's enemy?

That's very good. It makes a lot of sense.
Couple of problems:
1) Rinnegan resurrection brings back the soul into the _original_ body. So, how would it work for Madara?
2) When Nagato used the Rinne Tensei, he mentioned limitations on its use that were related to time ("I'm just in time to revive the shinobi I killed...") Again, how would this work for Madara?
I have another theory on what was Tobi's plan regarding the Rinne Tensei. I think that Tobi wanted to bring back the missing half of the Kyuubi chakra.
Basically this would work like this:
1) Tobi uses the Death Reaper seal, and dies
2) His soul in the Death God's belly reaches and captures the Kyuubi chakra
3) Nagato uses the Rinne Tensei and brings Tobi back to life. He breaks the Death Reaper Seal from the inside!
What do you think?
Another supplement to your theory: maybe Tobi did not resurrect Madara because he knew it would not work using the Rinne Tensei.
Maybe Tobi needs the Juubi chakra to do this! In the legend of the S6P, it was mentioned that he could do miracles...

tobi is obito which have of his body got crushed and those parts where replaced with madara parts which tobi/obito was going back to his friends then he told him that the part of you want let you go back to your friend tobi is obito he whers a mask because at first he had a eye missing which was given to kakashi by obito but obito wanted to go by the name tobi because he didnt want kakashi to be dissapinted sorry i wrote so much
