I hadn't heard of this but it makes complete sense when you think of culture in Asia and the west. Sakura's a loudmouth extrovert b***h while Hinata is the quieter, more respectable, disciplined, introvert. My knowledge is extremely limited because I haven't been to Japan but aren't they more strict on manners and being polite? I was taught that it's considered rude if you speak louder than usual.
