personally i haven't been on this page since the new site came up mostly because i hate reading how guys that r clearly naruto fans or maybe even bleach fans coming to this small part of this website to bash OP... i really enjoy the peace of onepiecebay as opposed to this naruto site with a small OP section that meets n the back outside closet of this site.

OT: This section is dead but afaik OPB is kind of dead too. I think this section was even more lively than OPB. It's not like it lacks members, it's just that nobody is making any discussion there :shrug:
