A member of this forum said that if I do not remove my Signature ( which is an original quote, without any alterations ) He/She will negative rep me everytime possible. Is this allowed ? and if not where do I report. Thank you.
Edit: I was already negative reped by this user for no reason but what was stated above.

I reported the message on my profile where the said person said "Here's a heads up for you, either get rid of that quote, or I'm gonna neg rep you each chance I get." Is that okay, or do I have to report the negative rep itself ?

Report both if you're worried about it. But you must report the post you received -rep in otherwise admins can't see it.
