A member of this forum said that if I do not remove my Signature ( which is an original quote, without any alterations ) He/She will negative rep me everytime possible. Is this allowed ? and if not where do I report. Thank you.

Report the post with such reps which you genuinely believe to be an abuse or misuse of the button.

Why does it matter? If you have an objection to being quoted like that- then you probably shouldn't make such statements. If you do then you have to own it.

I would ask him to remove his signature if the quote was an insult to you in some way, but if this is something you believe in then you shouldn't mind it.
