Think so. This scene is Pain's debut in Part 1. I'm not sure what's up with this scene in the anime. Probably it was changed however.

I think he can't switch between Sharingan and Rinnegan , but that's a possibility caz he has Madara's eyes .

I just found this scene in the manga. It's little bit harder to tell if it's tomoed or not but it's as Necro said, the design was tinkered with for sure.

I honestly thought for a long time the hidden leader of akatsuki was Sasuke from the future.if you look at this scan and a couple others he has the exact same hair as Sasuke.seriously does that look anything like yahikos hair?

My old theory was that future Sasuke originally led the akatsuki himself than became masked man and recruited pain.

Man that would have been way cooler than whiny ass obito
