Kisame and Kakuza are way too low.
Konan is too high, the only reason she almost killed Obito is because of prep time.
Orochimaru shouldn't be #1.
Nagato/Sasuke/Kakuza over Itachi.

Itachi can't keep up with Kakuza and EMS Sasuke beats him easily.

I think the list should be more along the lines of this

1.Obito
2.Nagato
3.Orochimaru/Itachi
4.Orochimaru/Itachi
5.Kisame
6.Sasori
7.Kakuzu
8.Konan
9.Diedara
10.Hidan

Its really hard to choose which one Itachi and Orochimaru fall into place so 3 and 4 seem like the best position for them. As for Sasuke's team I would not put them in Akatsuki since they never really had a whole lot to keep their name as such. But If you want to include them the would be after the top 6 in the mix with the rest.

Orochimaru with Zetsu body and four Hokage at his disposal is either #1 or #2. Hashi in some instances will cooperate, in situations like that he's surely #1

Switch Konan with Kismae and Itachi with Nagato, it'll be good.

Your joking right? Dont get me wrong Kakuzu is one of my favorite characters but i will admit that he wont beat Itachi. However I am not saying it would be an easy win for Itachi it could even kill him. EMS sasuke doesnt have any improvement besides being able to use Mangekyou without any draw back which doesnt matter because it isnt how strong you are its how strong you use your talents. The battle between him and Itachi was not a fight that anyone could say Itachi gave it his all in full health. His purpose was merely awaken Sasukes mangekyou and get rid of Orochimaru from him. From the beggining Itachi could have killed him if he really tried to kill him not wear him out.

konan should only be above suigetsu and maybe zetsu xd orochimaru is strong but Itachi pwns him and since dsm kabuto is much stronger than oro I think he should be like fifth or fourth obito is like tied with nagato for 1st
kakazu should be above sasori
