Your joking right? Dont get me wrong Kakuzu is one of my favorite characters but i will admit that he wont beat Itachi. However I am not saying it would be an easy win for Itachi it could even kill him. EMS sasuke doesnt have any improvement besides being able to use Mangekyou without any draw back which doesnt matter because it isnt how strong you are its how strong you use your talents. The battle between him and Itachi was not a fight that anyone could say Itachi gave it his all in full health. His purpose was merely awaken Sasukes mangekyou and get rid of Orochimaru from him. From the beggining Itachi could have killed him if he really tried to kill him not wear him out.

EMS Sasuke counters Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Susano'o and Totsuka. Itachi can barely manage to hold his Susano'o up for 5 minutes and now that Sasuke has CS he just needs to wait it out. [Yata Mirror]

Again Itachi wasnt fighting with the intent to kill. And as for Kakuza like a said earlier it wouldnt be an easy fight but look at Owarij comment

The Yata Mirror is a mystical item that blocks all ninjutsu and it has no shape or form meaning it can be whichever form the user chooses to defend themselves. At the same time that is if Itachi would need to use Susanno against Kakuzu. Amaterasu is more than enough to burn away anything around him. Kakuzu could survive if he has other bodies around to keep getting hearts but if no one is around there isnt much he can do

Your "logic " in most of the cases is based on baseless assumptions, especailly when you are talking about Kakuzu.

But fine.

1. Why do you think he is on pair with Sasuke? He can oneshot him before he could have a chance to summon his hearts
2. Sasori's poison > Kakuzu. I know he can use the Doton: Domu to protect himself from physical attacks, but this won't save him. After Sasori deals with his hearts, him can use a poison cloud against Sasori. Without Fuuton/ Katon Kakuzu can't counter it.
3. I hate Itachi from all my heart, but even I know he defeats Kakuzu, with mid -high difficulty. Without manga proof I won't accept that Kakuzu has no brain. So the Tsukuyomi one- shots him, and so does the Totsuka blade and the Amaterasu.
